I am Mayank Tiwari from the Maintenance Department at Welspun. We are using PressureJet’s KB36 pump (190 kg, 115 LPM, 2 units) for hydro testing of up to 143 inches, and a VB57/32 pump (280 bar, 82 LPM). The KB36 pumps, purchased in 2018, have been working flawlessly till date, and the VB57/32 pump, purchased in 2023, is also performing excellently. We have been using the PressureJet pump (Model: ES 72-45, 290 Bar, 195 LPM) since 10 May 2024 for our copper extrusion press operating at 200 Bar, and the performance has been exceptional. The pump is running far better than our previous system from Pump Engineering Company (Model MPT50/40), which suffered major breakdowns — one failed within 5 years, and another within just 2 years. We constantly faced high-pressure seal leakages with the older pumps, but with PressureJet, we haven’t experienced any such issues.
